Loosing Weight

I can't really speak from experience, but I can speak from knowledge and common sense.

1) Your body needs nutrition. There's no getting out of it, you'll get rather sick, tired, lazy, loose concentration, become weak, and dumbfounded. I know for a fact that a Vitamin C deficiency will give you scurvy.

2) You got to starve that fat. If you want to loose weight you need to burn off the excess fat cells and the calories they feed off of. Two options here, not eating fatty foods will help you loose weight it gives it a level of equivalency to exercise because you don’t have those extra calories, your normal labour will actually seem like exercise to your body because your burning all that energy, and fat off. There’s also the option of exercise, burning those extra calories off along with the fat.

3) You can't make your body what it isn't. Some people are big boned; some people's bodies are just naturally a certain size; there could also be a health issuse. Me, I can eat junk food galore and put on virtually no weight on at all.

4) Weight loss is a lifestyle change. You can’t stop eating junk food, or exercise until you loose the weight then go back to the way things were, it just won’t work. In order to loose weight you need to make a complete lifestyle change, permanently stop with the junk food, and exercise regularly FOREVER. Eventually your body won’t even want the stuff anymore. I used to be able to eat bags upon bags of chips, now a small bag makes me ill.

5) Breakfast is important. This is a biggy, I heard on the news, or help TV, that not eating breakfast causes 80% of obesity. Astounding eh? The reason is because they get hungry a couple hours later, breakfast is the most important meal of the day it gets you off to a good start, so you don'te to be making up for it the rest of the day.

6) Hydrate. I believe you’re supposed to drink something like 8 glasses of water a day. If you don’t hydrate properly your body will act hungry, when it’s actually thirsty.

What’s this sum up to? Change your diet, eat healthy, exercise regularly, eat breakfast, and make sure you drink plenty of water or light, hydrating fluids. Planning will help the task seem less intimidating. You may also want to consult a physician if you are endlessly trying to loose weight with no results, as it could be a health issue.

Thanks! My dad has some problems, he's read lots of books, news and stuff; I listen to him. Also, like I said it's just common sense. Veggies = good, Chips = bad. Natural products are better.
